I have checked “Show Mini Player” in the settings, and it’s working well, but if an app is opened in fullscreen mode, click on Eter icon on the top menu does nothing.

I suppose you’re using the mini player without the Dock icon, right? I could reproduce it on my Mac as well. I’ll let @krystian know about it so he can fix it.
I don’t have any clue of what “dog pack” is, so I guess I’m not using it 
(I’m a Setapp user, if it can helps)
Sorry, it should’ve been “Dock icon” instead of “Dog pack”. Don’t know how it came out like that. I’ve edited my post.

Yes, I’m not using the Dock Icon, I just want to be able to change my radio station on the go while I’m using a full screen window. I guess that the Eter mini-player menu appears behind the full-screen window
