This update introduces transaction attachments, improves CSV import speed and accuracy, and fixes several interface issues.

IMPROVE: Faster CSV import.
IMPROVE: CSV import now handles date columns that include time information (e.g., “2025-12-01 14:30:00”).
IMPROVE: CSV import now respects your regional settings for decimal separators and negative signs.
IMPROVE: Top Transactions panel in Category Breakdown Report shows clearer date ranges when viewing periods spanning multiple years or months (e.g., “Dec 2024 - Jan 2025”).
FIX: Top Transactions panel showing planned amounts instead of actual amounts for past periods.
FIX: Category selection not working when clicking transactions with categories inside collapsed groups—the group now expands automatically.
FIX: Right-click menu in Both view showing wrong category name for “create category inside” option.
