Are there any plans for a Daily View (in addition to Weekly and Monthly)?
If a Daily View is added, it would be nice to be able to drill in and out across Time Units using vertical scroll + a modifier key (i.e. Shift or Option).
There are not current plans for that. What would be the benefit of the daily view for you?
Maybe it’s just me, but I often have quite a few transactions happening in any given week.
In a couple of my scenarios, there are weeks where there are 5–6 scheduled/recurring expenses, with a couple of scheduled deposits. And, these are not small amounts, either. If I try to keep a tight leash on the balance (i.e. ensure it stays within min-max limits), I need to drill down to daily balances.
The system I had in place prior to using Cashculator did allow me to track daily balances. It’s the only thing I’m missing having migrated my budgeting to Cashculator.

Hello again, I wanted to update since we have added the Transaction Sidebar. To see a day’s income or expenses, choose the appropriate view and then set the start and end date in the new sidebar for the day you wish to review. Select all the transactions and the Total Amount displays at the bottom of the sidebar. Please let us know if there’s more you’d like to see in a daily view. Thanks, Susannah
