Dock icon remains in dock when the man app window has been closed and "Hide Dock Icon" is enabled

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Enable “Hide Dock Icon” and “Show Mini Player” in the app settings
  2. Quit the app
  3. Open Eter. The icon for the mini player will be present in the menu bar.
  4. Open the app from the mini player, using the icon in the top left corner of the mini player. The main window for the app will be open.
  5. Close the main app window using the red dot in the top left corner of its window. The Dock icon will remain in the dock.
