Several items in the menu are missing German translations and show the translation IDs instead. (If feasible I’d also recommend to fall back to the English translations instead of raw IDs.)

The fix is coming. New version 3.0.1 should be available in a few days.
No worries, I’ve moved on to a different app since the UX didn’t feel nearly as polished as I would have expected from a commercial app.
If I may offer some feedback: In the free version the Star button in the search is nonfunctional, without any visual indicator. You might want to consider either hiding it or adding an upsell tooltip/modal.
