Are the lessons meant to happen once a day?? In other words, do I do the 6 steps one time per day? Or as many as we can?

Complete the steps once per day. It may not seem like a lot at first, but the length of steps will increase in time.

However, ensure sessions are spaced apart by several hours, allowing your dog sufficient recovery and relaxation time between sessions. Always prioritize quality (keeping your dog calm and stress-free) over quantity.
